Stephen Sutton - diagnosed with terminal cancer when he was 15. Drew up a bucket list of things he wanted to do before he died. Played the drums in front of 90,000 people before the Champions League Final amongst other activities. Raised 4 million for Charity before dying at the age of 19 in 2014.
