Personal Traits
The Raffel brothers were lucky enough to have each other when they started their business. They both could rely on each other. They both were very innovated when creating a roast beef sandwich instead of another fast food restaurant that serves burgers. They also showed creativity by making all of the different sauces and introducing new selections, like the jamocha shake.
Both of the brothers showed many different character traits that helped the succeed with their business. They both were determined because they knew that the fast food market mostly consisted of burgers and fries, but they wanted to change that. They both had a great amount of creativity because they created a whole new market to sell to that other companies have now taken up as their own market.
