For this case, I am on the side of Bakke. If I apply for a Ivy League college, and someone has better scores and a higher GPA, and he or she happens to be white, then he should definitely get the spot. I believe that race has nothing to do with intelligence, and it doesnt matter of your black, white, Asian, Latino, gay or a Christian, if you're smarter than me, you just are.
