- Flyers/posters must be approved by Student Activities.
- Any Event, program, including speakers and conferences, which will be publicized outside the campus must be approved by Student Activities.
- Event must be approved by Student Activities before you begin planning.
- Clubs’ leaders and members are not allowed to communicate with any department for any request. All communication with other departments in the college must go through office of Student Activities.
- Food and Beverages can be served, with the prior approval
- CLEANUP !! the rooms and areas where events are held. All furniture should be returned to its original set-up following an event.
