The Elizabethan Era was also known as the "Peacock Age" for hair
Some of the hair styles were the :
Women's Clothing:
The women wear a many of things. First two handfuls of underclothes thne a handful of overclothes.
For their underclothes they wear :
- Chemise made of linen
- Stockings or hose
- Corsret or bodice
- Farthing ale - hooped skirt
- A roll or rowle
- Stomacher
- Petticoat
- Kirtle
- Forepart
- Partlet
Women's Clothing:
Their over clothes consist of:
- Gowns
- Serpede Sleeves
- Ruff
- Cloak
- Shoes
- Hats
Hygiene
So as you can see they wore many layers
- Clean teeth w/ vinegar
- 40 years life expectancy
- Bathe in dirty water
- An old wooden tub
- By fire to keep warm
- Use grass to whipe butts

- Boots- made of smoothed leather,worn for riding or walking
- Chopins: Slip-on over shoes made of wood, and covered in leather
- Start-ups: Leather shoes worn as protective coverings for outdoor use
- buskins- calf length shoes
- Corked Shoes: Wedge of cork between the foot, and sole
- pumps- light, single sole shoes
- Galoche: A protective overshoe
- clogs- outdoor,wooden shoes
- Pantofle: Made in two types of styles, one a protective overshoe, and the other a slipper

A Common piece of jewelry worn in the Elizabethan Era was a brooch.
Another piece of jewelry from the Elizabethan Era is a bejeweled necklace.
