To the children: Who knew it was possible to turn the Great War into the Great Dog Fight? I just did it. But to learn more about the alliances and just to help you focus more on admiring the dog pictures, I advise you to pay close attention to the borders and positioning of each picture on each slide. Let's see if you can guess what's there.
The German Shepherd soon saw that he wasn't going to win the Great Dog Fight. The American Eskimos were reproducing quickly because about 200,000 came to join the fight every month. Finally in the spring of 1918, the German Shepherd surrendered, waving his white bone in defeat.
how did the american eskimo get in the great dog fight
by Cherry Amponsah
One day the German Shepherd decided to rile up more trouble in this Great Dog Fight. The German Shepherd went to the Chihuahua and told him to attack the American Eskimo. In return the German Shepherd would help the Chihuahua take back all the dog treats the American Eskimo had taken from him. The British Bulldog had overheard this conversation and immediately went to tell the American Eskimo. On that day, the Allied "Pawers" got bigger because the American Eskimo had just joined the team.
The American Eskimo didn't want to get involved in the Great Dog Fight. He wanted to stay neutral. But then one day, the German Shepherd stole the English Bulldog's dog toy and threw it into the river. This affected both the English Bulldog and the American Eskimo because it was their favorite toy. The German Shepherd apologized to the American Eskimo, but only to prevent him from entering the war. To say the least, the American Eskimo was mad.
A huge dog fight was declared. Alliances were formed... the Central "Pawers"- the German Sherpherd, Austrian Pinscher, and Bosnian Tornjak Sherpherd vs the Allied "Pawers"- the English (Great Britain) Bulldog, French Bulldog, Belgian Malinois Sherpherd, Serbian Mountain dog, and Russian Bear dog. This international affair would be known as the Great Dog Fight.
a visit to the doghouse
It was a day in 1914. Archduke Ferdinand was the Austrian Pinscher's owner. The archduke was visiting the Bosnian Tornjak Sherpherd's doghouse. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned... Archduke Ferdinand was killed in a dog attack by the Serbian Mountain dog.
