Program Updates

- 4 students applied to Madeira School; all 4 were accepted for a 100% acceptance rate

- Washington Int'l School had over 70 applications for 8 spots. CSOV received 2, or 25%, of those spots; both students will attend WIS

- For the 2nd year in a row, we have a student attending Mercersburg Academy

- Thomas Jefferson High School for Science & Technology accepted 2 of 5 candidates for a 40%

acceptance rate. TJ's acceptance rate is 17%

Overarching Goals

  • Continue with grades 7 & 8 combined athletic time at the end of the day- 7th period.
  • Sports practices will be embedded into the school day.
  • Physical Education requirement will be fulfilled team Sports. Each student required to play one team sport per year.
  • Fitness Option for students not participating in team sport that season.
