Meetings are formal and most greet the older or most important person first.

Handshake and eye contact shows interest.

A host will introduce you.

When leaving say goodbye to each person.

Appointments are necessary with 1-2 weeks.

Avoid January and February and two weeks before or after Christmas.

Being on time is not important and the higher their ranking the more time they will take.

Begin with a casual conversation and do not expect to close a negotiation during same meeting.

It is important to know and understand the culture and protocol of each country when making negotiations worldwide.
