The chocolate Hills
These are large hills that the grass turns brown in the falls so it looks like chocolate hence the name. The total area with the hills is a 20 square mile radius and there is between 1260 to 1776 total hills.The hills them self vary from 98 to 160 feet tall. They were formed by a combination of the dissaloution of limestone by rainfall, surface water,and ground water. The age of the hills is not known.
The Dead Sea
It was chosen as a wonder because it is 8 times more salty than the ocean. It is also 1378 feet below sea level which makes it the lowest place on Earth's surface. It is also the world's deepest hypersaline lake ever being at 380 meters deep. It was formed from continental drift. The salt built up so much because the Jordan river flowed in and deposited salt but with no exit so the salt can't leave.It is so salty no fish can live there hence the name.
The Sundarbans Forest
It was chosen as a wonder because it is the largest tidal halophytic mangrove forest in the world. It covers the large area of 10,000 square kilometers. Fun fact, (it's name means beautiful jungle). This forest is home to many endangered animals one including the Royal Bengal Tiger. Sadly the age of this wonder was not able to be located.
