How do people get water if they do not have clean water?

1.Hunger

- A lot of Women or children walk more than three hours to get water and carry 40-70 pounds of water everyday.

If people do

not have enough water, they cannot grow food.

-Population

Both the Mediterranean Sea and the desert affect Libya's climate. In the winter the weather is cool with some rain on the coast.

They are wasting time to get water.

Then, women cannot work

and be poor.

Growing food takes huge amount of water

So, water scarcity begins

with having hunger.

The African Climate makes it hard to get to water sources.

-Some of bacterias and worms in dirty water make diseases in human body.

1. Students miss classes to get and carry water.

2. A lot of children get sick by dirty water. Then they cannot go to the school.

3.Sometimes, teachers are sick and cancel the classes.

1 out of every 5 deaths under the age of 5 is because of the water-related disease.

A lot of people in Libya

are poor so they

do not have enough money to buy clean water or to set up water systems.
