1) Get used to floating. When you're in the water, try to hold on to the side of the pool and let your legs float out behind you

2) Don't panic. Always remember that panic is your hater number one

3) Practice exhaling underwater. While you're still in a shallow depth, take a deep breath and put your face underwater. Slowly exhale out your nose until you're out of breath, then come back up.

A bit about my hobby...

I have been learning how to swim for 5 years. I'd learnt how to swim when i was 10 years old. First person who got me interested in swimming was my dad, for whom I'm still grateful. I have swimming twice a week. Now I'm trying to improve my swimming skills and strokes.

I was interesting in swimming still I became student of NISA. But I think, that this situation is fixed!

Continuation...

3) Put your feet around your back and against the wall and keep your hands on the ledge. (Keep your head above the water.)

4) Push off the wall, put your hands in front of you, then pull them back, hard. Keep your feet together and stay straight.(Keep them at your sides.) [3]
