  • On July 12,1974, the National Research Act was signed into law, therefore creating National Commission for the Protection if Human Subjects of bio medical and Behavioral Research.
  • Boundaries between biomedical and behavioral research and accepted and routine practice of medicine
  • the risk benefits criteria in determination of the appropriate research involving human subjects
  • the appropriate guidelines for the selection of human subjects for participation in research , nature and the definition of informed consent in various research settings.
