Materials Acquisition
The materials for a skateboard consist of Wood. To get the wood you need to cut down Maple Trees, Or Bamboo to construct the deck.

Once arrival upon skate shops. Pros, amateurs, and even legends use these decks for the thrill and excitement for skateboarding

Packaging Process
Skate decks can be reused for 1000s of reasons. Tables, Chairs, phone cases etc. Even if there broken.
After packaging, the skate decks are delivered to local skate shops(Asylum, Surf Ride) Etc.
Material Processing
After the processing is finished the deck will then be shrink wrapped and will then be organized to be distributed.
1 A piece of maple wood undergoes a treatment that allows it to be peeled into veneers (thin sheets of wood) that are then delivered to the deck factory. They are stored in a climate-controlled environment to ensure the moisture content is good. Too much moisture is not good for the manufacturing process.
2 Each veneer is then put into a glue machine by hand. This machine evenly coats each veneer with a water-based glue specially designed for wood.
Skateboards are made out of 6,7, or sometimes 8 layers of maple, or Bamboo wood. These layers help the board not break in half.All skate companies have different methods of there design but they're all pretty much the same
