3) Cyclothymia
There are 3 subtypes of bipolar
1) Characterized by at least 1 manic episode
2) Characterized by hypomanic episodes which are milder along with depression

Treatment
This depression usually begins to show around winter and begins to disappear in the spring, and it can be treated with light therapy or artificial light treatment
