Q. Tell me about a time when you had to use effective team working skills?
Do you know what you want to be?
A. During my work experience with a local charity, I helped with a summer event. My role involved me working as a team to set up for the day, to carry out tasks such as directing people, registering them and helping with the refreshments. I was professional and eager to help whenever I was asked to do something. I worked hard and communicated well with my team, my Manager gave me really good feedback at the end.
