The Espresso Machine
Group head is composed by the dispersion screen, shower head, and head seal or gasket. It locks the porta-filter in place. Hot water is forced trough the group head over the coffee grounds.

located inside the espresso machine heats up the water to 88-93 degrees Celsius, and create steam
Porta-filter is a heavy metal basket on the end of a handle, with spouts on the bottom. This is were the water meets the coffee puck, and extracts oils and flavors, from a single or double shot of coffee.
