- While playing on the Blata Shalitt pushes Tanios and then begins yelling Tanios-Kishk. Kishk being sheikhs favorite food that Lamia makes. This is when Tanios suspects his father being the Sheikh.
- Tanios being mad at the village decides to talk to Roukoz. Who invites him to his home being so happy someone spoke to him and says Tanios will take his place one day. Moreover, the Sheikha dies from an illness but the people of Kfaryabda are happy.
- English Clergy came with Said Beyk to ask Sheikh to send his kids to a new English school, SHeikh says if Patriarch doesnt come he will send his kids. --> in the end he sends his kids.
