PQ Operations Team

• Katinka Kober: prepares protected pdf’s for uploading to the VLE – but only when instructed to do so, when PDF has been signed off for print

PQ Operations use the PD booking system (Access) to extract the information to ensure that the correct materials are selected for the correct course in a particular week. They have their own master spreadsheet where they can update syllabus/catalogue versions of materials.

Operations are a team of only four. All deal with FS materials.

VLE Team

The VLE team is made up of two separate teams!

• e-Delivery (VLE Support) - Mathew Vose's team
• e-Assessments - Dave Fox's team

e-Assessments - Dave Fox's team

Updating online tests (in Questionmark), building tests and sending them to Livingston for publishing to VLE. Then Livingston sends the lesson codes to VLE Support who then attaches them to their relevant courses. Dave's team will be taking over BPP Livingston’s work on this from January 2014.
