Why do people take risks?
In this article, the reason why some people embrace extreme risks is a fear and a strong craving for adrenaline.
The fear that drives many people away from the risks of extreme sports may be the same ingredient that keeps others coming back for more.
Also a strong craving for adrenaline causes some people to have rushes a thrill-seeking behavior or personality trait.
I partly agree that some people to embrace extreme risks is fear and a strong craving for adrenaline.
However, doing extreme sports which is life-threatening is not good idea at a risk.
For example, we also have a thrill when we go on the thrilling ride, though it is not extreme sports.
A thrill when we feel at and drop from dizzy height makes us go on the ride again and again.
We all have a safety equipment, so going on a ride is not risky to one's life.
On the contrary, extreme sports don't have individual safety equipment which helps us safe.
Therefore, I can't understand why many people enjoy extreme sports.
