Job Description

A sports medicine doctor helps athletes recover from and prevent injuries. They also prescribe and administer patient medications.

Requirements

This job requires a degree in medicine and a license to practice. Some jobs may also require 2-4 years of experience.

Salary

National Average - $161,490 as of 2008

Georgia Average - $204,514 as of 2014
