- Interpersonal skills and rapport already existing with staff and members

Sports Team - Swimming
Strengths:
- When it works, it works!
- Some of the instructors
Weaknesses:
- Lack of communication to members and instructors
- All stars penetration too low - no promo or marketing
- Paper timetable - clear?
Threats:
- Quality of cover instructors/new instructors coming in
- Facilities nearby offering swimming lessons with instructors at DL
Opportunities:
- Promoting priority bookings window
- Using 3 (for example) instructors to run bulk of programme - consistency, children happier
Sports Team - DL Kids
Strengths:
- Kid of the Month
- Lynsey's event organising
- Baby Boppers
Weaknesses:
- High spending
- 2nd hand equipment for creche - 'church hall not 5*'
- DL Kids team -no SEE5 outside creche
Threats:
- Other party venues offering cheaper party product
- Still no relaunch of new toys that were bought in
Opportunities:
- DL Kids party team leader
- More than one party a day
- Newer toys - ask for any toys no longer needed and using new products bought
Sports Team - Tennis
Sophie Whitfield
Weaknesses:
- All Stars promotions are limited/non existent
- 90 children on All Stars - too low
- Communication to members/ certain members
- Tennis events
Threats:
- Limited tennis coaches in Swindon
- Timetabling
Opportunities:
- More tennis socials/ events
- Marketing for events/ all stars
- Badminton - all stars?
Sports Team - Group Exercise
Strengths:
- Negative feedback has reduced since start of the year
- Quality of our freelance instructors
- Communications between myself, members, instructors
Weaknesses:
- Equipment not 5*
- High spending over last few months
- Not utilizing events as well as I could
Threats:
- New gyms opening
- Spin bikes not being updated
Opportunities:
- Improved equipment - retain members
- Hitting budget whilst satisfying demand from members

Weaknesses:
- Quality of PT's - 'living & breathing' , passion to serve
- Not a team
- Lack of revenue coming into the business
- Gym Engagment & SEE5 one of the lowest in the company
Threats:
- New gyms opening offering a cheaper alternative - may appeal to young professionals
- More gym staff leaving the business - high staff turnover in the gym this year
