Four and a half years is required for a bachelor degree in Graphic Communications with a minor in English.
I am a creative artist who likes to work on fan fictions, draw my favorite characters (or create my own), read mystery novels, and use my surroundings to get inspired for my writing. I typically work hard on class assignments, not being tardy, and turning things in on time. I start out quiet and shy when I first meet someone, start school, or try any interactive activities, but quickly become sociable. I enjoy science, math, reading, and art.
The average salary range for this chosen career is about $48,000 per year. The job availability is projected to be 2% to 4% from 2014 to 2024, which is slightly slower than the average projected growth for all occupations. The CSM Program that is related to the career of my choice is Arts and Science, concentrating mainly on courses directly to the Graphic Communication Program at UMUC.
In 20 years, I see myself waking up early in the morning ready to head to work. I leave my own house and drive a red van in a safe speed, dealing with morning traffic. Once reaching my destination, I park the car and enter a building of where my future career takes place. I meet with a group to discuss the storyboard of the next upcoming episode of a show that has my characters in it. We come together creating ideas, sharing different drawings/designs that could work, review opinions, and agree on our final product.
