Promoting the Use of FROG/ Budget Plan
- Teachers to use File Drops to upload homework documents (allows for children to download relevant files to their own devices
- Teachers can use file drop widgets to show letters exclusive to class or phase group. These can also be utilsed to allow parents to see a school trip's itinerary.
- Quizzes can also be used to assess children's understanding of homework with detailed analysis of what children answered correctly.
- Using private sites, teachers can use the file drop widget to upload reports instead of using USB sticks. This is in compliance with the new GDPR regulations as no one else will have access to said pages and frog sites are password protected.
Promoting To Staff/Parents
- Parent Workshop for Frog to promote the importance of using it and why it complies with the GDPR rules.
- Teacher who regularly updates Class page and has most Unique views over a half term/termly basis will get an afternoon PPA
- Curriculum Page with most unique views over half term/termly basis, subject leader will get extra leadership.
