- Gerald Fatten Mason kidnapped four teenagers.
- Sexually harassed two of the male teenagers and one female; one 16 and one 17 and 15.
- Raped one of the female teenager; 15.
- Proceeded to steel their car.
- Mason got pulled over and shot the two officers.
- The car was left further down the road where essential evidence was found.
