In the Round - Freestanding sculpture that is

viewable from all sides (being able to walk

around it)

  • Wood and Stone are the primary materials
  • Materials used could have deeper meaning

Assembling

  • Refers to parts of a sculptures are just placed on or near each other
  • Constructing - - the parts are joined by fusing together
  • Used to test ideas (similar to how painters would use drawings)
