Validity
The Validity of the General Aptitude Test Battery is generalized, meaning that the same test score may be predictive of aptitudes for all jobs within a certain skill set. The reason for this is that the jobs are placed into clusters where similar skill sets are needed. Thus, the accuracy of interest in one job will be quite consistent with other kinds of jobs in one particular cluster.
