Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan was born on

February 17, 1963. His height

was 6'6. His nickname was Air.

Jordan was born in Brooklyn,

New York, but he grew up in

Wilmington, New York.

Michael Jordan played guard

and center for the Chicago Bulls.

He was a rookie in 1985. He

guided the bulls to 6 championships.

He ranked 3rd in total career points

with 32,292.

He came 3rd in total career points.

He led the Bulls to 6 championships.

Over his career Jordan set numerous

records. He led the league in steals 3

times. He was the NBA's leading

scorer for 10 seasons. His height allowed

him to jump higher and run faster.

Michael got drafted of his junior year in

collage. He got drafted to the Bulls. His

number was 23. He then retired to play

baseball. He then went back to basketball

and played for the bulls. He retired the

second time because of a labor dispute. He

then became part owner and part president

of the Washington Wizards. Then in 2001

he decided he wanted to play again so he

sold the Wizards and played for them. Then

he finally retired in the season of 2002-03.

Jordan was scared of water

because one of his best

friends died drowning. His

real favortie number was

45 but when he got to the

NBA it was taken so he chose

23. He was better at baseball

at first.
