My Plan
What will I do now?
- I'll be following the same plan that I set up to be a lawyer, except I'll join the organization Teach For America for my first 2 years of teaching.
- For now I plan to get through high school with the required academics that the universities of my choice require.
- For the next 4 years that I stay in the valley, I'll get a job to save up money to move out when I'm ready and required to.

Plan B: History Teacher
Education
- All teachers must enroll in college and finish a teacher certification program.
- High school teachers must have degree in the subject they're teaching.
A History teacher is someone who teachers History at different academic levels and different kinds of history.
Job outlook is 6%
The average salary of a teacher is in between $20,000-$30,000

Plan A: Lawyer
My plan
on average, a lawyer
earn aproximately
$60,000-$80,000.
A lawyer is an attorney who is able to practice law in a variety of fields.
- Take my basics at STC
- Transfer to either of the following universities: UTRGV, Rice University, or UTSA.
- If I study at UTRGV, I plan on moving to a bigger city to obtain better job opportunities and better pay.
- An attorney is required to have a Juris Doctorate (J.D)
- All students wanting to pursue law must pass their state's bar exam in order to practice law.
- Normally, aspiring lawyers major in studies such as: Political science, History, Business and Management, etc.
