Franklin Competencies
Competency 1: The student will demonstrate competency in motor skills and movement patterns, proficiency in a few and applies skills in a variety of physical activities.
Competency 4: The student identifies that physical activity provides opportunity for health enhancement, enjoyment, challenge self-expression and social interaction, while exhibiting responsible personal and social behavior that respects self and others.
Competency 2: The student will achieve and maintain a health enhancing level of physical fitness.
Competency 3: The student will demonstrate understanding of movement concepts, principles, strategies and tactics as they apply to the learning and performance of physical activities.
