The most important fact that made Mother Teresa became famous

  • She was born on August 26, 1910, in Skopje, the capital of the Republic of Macedonia.
  • When she was eight, her father was passed away, so she was been very close to her mother, her mother often ran between charity and church.
  • When she was twelve, there was a religious call for Jesus.
  • She got the Nobel Peace Prize “for work undertaken in the struggle to overcome poverty and distress, which also constitutes a threat to peace.” She didn't went to dinner for this honor, but ask 192000 doollars for poor people.
  • The first call when she was twelve, that made Mother Teresa went to India for be a nun.
  • The call in 1946, that made Mother Teresa established " Missionaries of charity."
