The Ronald McDonald House of Colombia Foundation is dedicated to creating, finding and supporting programs that directly improve the health and welfare of children
Thanks to the support of many institutions and individuals, today the Ronald McDonald House Family Rooms Foundation has received more than one month to families and we want to continue giving them the space to more families in need. We have four key programs in which you can help us: Ambassador Programme, piggy Program, Grants Program and Volunteer Program.
The Ronald McDonald House Colombia Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports programs for Colombian children organization as well as the creation, management and operation of comprehensive support programs for families.

Programs
This program is designed only for McDonald's employees who become ambassadors of the Foundation in the restaurants where they work, give it a bit to the Foundation.
The Foundation programs seek to provide spaces that feel like "a home away from real home", therefore the services are offered free of charge within the chambers and houses are all to help this purpose: toilets, showers , laundry, kitchen, dining room, sitting area, and playground. The houses additionally offer accommodation.
The program piggy in McDonald's restaurants enables customers to add its solidarity contribution for the benefit of the child population that needs it most.

In 1974, one of the franchisees of McDonald's, an NFL team and a doctor, decided to join forces and create the first Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia, USA.
In Colombia, the Ronald McDonald House Foundation operates from November 1, 2004, when it was established as a nonprofit entity. The organization is incorporated under the laws of Colombia, and its main purpose making charity and beneficence.
