  • Not all leisure experiences support the development of capacities and resources
  • The quality of the leisure experience is to support well being
  • May be enhanced directly through interventions
  • Achieved by savoring leisure
  • There are five specific resources that are central to well-being
  • To support clients as they identify, enhance, and utilize those strengths to achieve personal, meaningful goals.
