White chocolate cake and milkshake with cinnamon

We use a cooker to reach the boiling point of the milkshake during three min. = 0.019€ of energy used. In total we have paid 5.4785€ in the milkshake

  • We let it rest for about 15-20 min.
  • While we are going to take the egg whites and we will pile them to the point of snow, with the help of a beater of rods
  • We are going to add gradually the egg whites to the point of snow.
  • We must remove carefully so they don´t come down with slowly movements
  • When we see that we turn the bowl and don´t fall we add the powered sugar without stopping.
  • Once finished we will take the milk mix and we will paste it in a bowl

RECIPE

  • To start the recipe we will put in a bowl to boil the milk, sugar, cinnamon and lemon rinds.
  • We are going to let it cook, when we see that it breaks to boil we remove it from the fire.
