Giovanni Pico Della Mirandola grew up in Mirandola Itlay. He grew up recieving the best education of his time, and traveled all over Florence, Italy. Some of his most famous works include "Oration on the Dignity of Man," "Heptaplus," and "De Animae Immortalitate." Sadly at just 31 he died of an unkown cause. If he would have lived longer who knows what other masterpieces he would written.

Another one of Mirandola's famous works was his 900 Theses. The 900 Theses caused a lot of problems because Pope Innocent VIII did not approve of them.

Ficino was Mirandola's teacher and friend even though they both had very different philosophical veiws.

Mirandola traveled to many different Universities to study. He went to the University of Padua, the University of Ferrara and even the University of Paris.

Lorenzo de Medici was a friend of Mirandola's and helped get him out of jail.

The Esdras was part of the Chaldean books that Mirandola discovered while he recovered from injuries, they had breif descriptions on Chaldean philosophy which interested Mirandola because they were full of mystery.

Mirandola as a child had an amazing memory and was schooled in learning Greek along with many other languages.

Mirandola was a big believer in Plato's theories and studiess. Platonism is the study of the philosophy of Plato, Mirandola included these ideas into a lot of his works.

Mirandola was put in jail after trying to run off with the wife of Lorenzo de Medicis cousin.

Mirandola was still a young adult when he sadly died.

Heptaplus is one of the works that Mirandola wrote and was based off the seven biblical senses.

Mirandola wrote many controversial pieces during his time, many of the pieces were questionable because they went against the Catholic church.

Mirandola planned to use religion to defend his 900 Theses from Pope Innocent VIII.
