Giovanni Pico Della Mirandola grew up in Mirandola Itlay. He grew up recieving the best education of his time, and traveled all over Florence, Italy. Some of his most famous works include "Oration on the Dignity of Man," "Heptaplus," and "De Animae Immortalitate." Sadly at just 31 he died of an unkown cause. If he would have lived longer who knows what other masterpieces he would written.
Another one of Mirandola's famous works was his 900 Theses. The 900 Theses caused a lot of problems because Pope Innocent VIII did not approve of them.

Pope Innocent VIII did not like Mirandola's 900 Theses and called them unorthadox and scandalous because they were "Enemies to the Catholic faith and to the human race."
Ficino was Mirandola's teacher and friend even though they both had very different philosophical veiws.
Mirandola helped contribute to the Italian Renaissance through his writings, and supported many ideas popularized during the renaissance.
Mirandola traveled to many different Universities to study. He went to the University of Padua, the University of Ferrara and even the University of Paris.
