500BC - 400BC
– People of Persian Empire were the first who started making ice cream. They would pour grape juice concentrate over snow, and eat it during the hot summers. In 400BC the Persians gave the recipe it consisted of iced rose water, vermicelli, saffron, fruits and other sweet flavors.
37-68BC
Historians found the the Roman Emperor Nero loved Ice-cream he had fresh supply of ice delivered from the mountains the he would pour fruit juice all over it and put honey toppings over it.
