And one more thing...
Conclusion
is here
Most people have many issues and disagreements with quite a few different things. The thing that I mostly have issues with and disagree with is the school rules that most schools have. I’m sure that many kids and maybe adults would agree with me too. But if you are one of those people who don’t agree, just continue reading and I’ll give you more reasons to agree. (:
I can understand some school rules, like no cell phones, iPods, certain dress code requirements, etc. but, some just seem really ridiculous. Elementary school kids are not aloud to even hug without getting in trouble, even when your best friend's parent is slowly but surely passing away. I do not see a reason for implementing them besides the school being extremely afraid of getting sued.
Why Are Some School Rules Seemingly Unreasonable?
At my cousins school, a woman emailed the principal about not letting her daughter hug/kiss her boyfriend (obviously she didn’t really approve of him), so they enacted a P.D.A. rule all around the entire middle school stating that you are not aloud to hug or kiss or make any physical contact with any student nor adult while you are on the school campus. Even when that doesn't happen, you can definitely tell a hug from being promiscuous or something harmful. These rules just seem really unreasonable and are NOT going to prepare us for the real world no matter how many rules they put.
