About This Poem:
This poem is about a less than
ordinary superhero,
And it explains about this hero's powers,
and that he has them by just being himself.
This poem also shows a funny sense of humor.
About Steve the Superhero:
Steve is someone who is probably
not a popular person, because of his
poor personal hygiene.
Yet Steve is proud of himself even though he
has nothing that's very interesting about him, other than his unpleasant presence.
And even though Steve is the type of person whom you'd think is depressed,
he still manages to possess a high
self-esteem.
What This Poem Means to Me:
My interpretation of thin poem may be different than other's, especially because I didn't like this poem only for its humor.
I chose this poem because it shows that no matter who you are you can still feel like a superhero.
Even if your powers are not the most amazing
abilities.
