A) Climate Setting

It requires one hour.

Small groups to seven or eight members are formed

on the basis of heterogeneity of composition.

The only rule is that bosses and subordinates not be

put togother on the same team.

Richard Beckhard (1928–1999) was an American organizational theorist, Adjunct Professor at MIT, and pioneer in the field of organization development.

He helped to define organization development as: "an effort planned, organization-wide, managed from the top, to increase organization effectiveness and health through planned interventions in the organization's processes using behavioural-science knowledge"
