  • Rome was founded by Romulus.
  • The completion of the colosseum was celebrated with 100 days of games and the Romans invaded Scotland.
  • Hannibal leads the Carthage army to attack Italy.
  • Julius Caesar defeats Pompey in a Civil War.
  • The last king was expelled and now the empire is ruled by senators.
  • Nero set fire to Rome and Rome blamed Christians.
