mark the FRONT and BACK of the bill with the marker: $20s, $50s, $100s +

ask a member of the leadership team to check any $50s, $100s +

NEVER leave your drawer open and unattended

at the registers, place all money ON the counter, take out the change, THEN place the cash in your drawer and close it

keep all receipt bags in between the register drawer and the counter so it does not get wet

DO NOT RUSH the guest! Take your time, but do not waste time. Be proactive! Be genuine! Be personal!

During a slow time, as you see customers walk in, greet them from your register! Welcome them into our store and know that they are a valued guest.

2. if you are not sure if a customer's request is a possibility or not, let the customer(s) know that you will ask someone, and then consult someone on the leadership team
