at the registers, place all money ON the counter, take out the change, THEN place the cash in your drawer and close it
keep all receipt bags in between the register drawer and the counter so it does not get wet

DO NOT RUSH the guest! Take your time, but do not waste time. Be proactive! Be genuine! Be personal!
During a slow time, as you see customers walk in, greet them from your register! Welcome them into our store and know that they are a valued guest.

1. call the guest over to your register
2. smile and Greet
3. ask if the order is DINE-IN or CARRY-OUT
4. **take the order**
5. hit “Tender”

B. IF CARRY-OUT: mark the NAME and the CLOTHING

7. repeat the entire order in complete detail
8. **pay it out**
9. instruct the guest(s) where their food will be delivered
10. ask if customer(s) would like any sauces
11. make the drink(s)
ingredient questions:
1. hit "Other Functions" on the right side of your screen
2. select "Nutrition"
3. select the item you are inquiring about
special requests:
1. be supportive and positive!
2. if you are not sure if a customer's request is a possibility or not, let the customer(s) know that you will ask someone, and then consult someone on the leadership team
