For the implementation of the TVPA the U.S. Fed. has used information-based instruments and expenditure-based instrument

Policy Effectiveness

- majority of the Human Trafficking victims are undocumented

- benefits to victim of a "severe form of trafficking in persons"

- the Department of Health and Human Services grants

- immigration status of the victim, shelter, food, protection, legal and medical services

- “T” visa and permanent residency

The United States bureaucracy plays a major role in the implementation of the TVPA

the Attorney General- grand making

the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of State - social programs, public awareness, educate people

Conclusion

The TVPA is a great tool for combating human trafficking, although not the best in some cases, it is still valuable legislation. I would consider the TVPA to be a great benefit to the modern human society due it its ability to combat international criminals and prosecute their crimes.

- implementing the U.S. gov. anti-trafficking policies and guidelines

The methodology used for presenting these specific goals addressed in this report was in depth research of the problem using online governmental and academia documents, plus, documentary film such as

The intention of this federal policy is to protect victims of human trafficking and to fight people who are contributing to the realization of this anti-humane crime. Human trafficking is a global problem that could take place anywhere at any time to anyone

another group of people who are also considered victims of human trafficking such as people who are subject to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery

Trafficking in Persons is the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring or receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation. Exploitation shall include, at a minimum, the exploitation of the prostitution of others or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labor or services, slavery or practices similar to slavery, servitude or the removal of organs.

This group of people are usually forcefully moved or cheated for the purpose to be used as a free labor or service
