In the beginning the humans are the oppressors and the animals are the oppressed. Nothing happens in the the story that shows that the pigs in the story are becoming the oppressors. When Mr. Jones leaves the farm the pigs change the name of it and take the milk and apples without talking to the other animals.
As the story goes on the pigs do more things that are unequal and not fair to the other animals. The pigs don't do any work, they move in to the house (which breaks one of the commandments), Napoleon takes 9 puppies and then kicks Snowball off the farm. When snowball is gone Napoleon makes changes to the farm for the worst. He starves the animals, makes Squealer change history, uses the dogs as his guards, break more of the commandments and also make changes to them.
