You can use it to make immediate changes to your zones, tariffs and service information.
You can use one source of content to create your guide in the format of PDF for download and print or on-line as a webpage.

SME can then access their own versions and make any amendments.
Tasks can be printed out to working off-line or to share with those without access to the Content Centre.
Each SME can decide which tasks to print out using filtering options, e.g. view tasks that
are pending.
Design templates are created, populated and uploaded onto the system by BBcomm.
This means that all versions produced are 100% consistent.
