Survey # 1
-In a large bowl add warm water and sprinkle yeast and let it sit until the yeast is dissolved (~ 5 minutes). If the yeast is not dissolved at the end of the 5 minutes, stir to dissolve it
-Mix olive oil, flour, sugar, and salt into the water/yeast mixture and mix it well - either by hand or with a stand mixture. Then knead the dough (also either by hand or stand mixer) until it is smooth and elastic. If the dough seems wet, sprinkle on more flour.
-Coat a separate bowl with olive oil and place dough in it, turning the dough around until it is coated with oil.
-Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place (75-85 F) until it doubles in size - 1 to 2 hours.
-A couple hours later, take the dough out of the plastic wrap and punch it a little bit to deflate it a little. Place in on a table and smooth it out with a rolling pin into a circular shape and accommodate it to fit the baking dish.
Follow the same step for the dough and spread the alfredo sauce over the dough. Sprinkle ½ cup cheese over the sauce. Sprinkle shredded spinach over the cheese and bake in a 450° F pre-heated oven for about 20-25 minutes

Follow the same step for the dough and spread the tomato sauce over the dough. Sprinkle ½ cup cheese over the pizza and place pieces of pepperoni pizza over the cheese. Bake in a 450° F pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.

Conclusion
Once the dough is rolled out, sprinkle some cornmeal over the pizza baking dish and place the dough in the dish. Spread the BBQ sauce over the dough and sprinkle ½ cup cheese over it and bake in a 450° F pre-heated oven for about 20-25 minutes
The recipe for the dough was used for all three pizzas.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm water (105°F-115°F)
1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) of active dry yeast
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Also, since I
baked three
pizzas at the same time, I made the dough together to save time
Since there are vegetarians out there, the chicken in the BBQ pizza may be substituted by tofu.
Also, for the Alfredo pizza, mushroom and other veggies or meats could be added
All the pizza can have changed toppings based on the chef/person eating's taste or preference.

One trick I learned is to take some of the
dough out and roll it into a long thick string
and use it as the crust by wrapping it around
the circumference of the pizza dough
Reflection
This project was pretty easy and cheap (~35$ for 3 pizzas); however, it took me the whole day to do.
One thing I did not like about this project was that the crust came out really thick which made it harder to eat and taste the toppings since there was excess dough.
I chose to make pizza; namely, three different types of pizza sauce. I decided on pizza because I absolutely love pizza. I have eaten pizza ever since I was little and have grown up with pizza in my life. Not just me, but practically everyone loves pizza, and I thought that instead of constantly calling or ordering pizza, why not try and make it at home?
I think what distinguishes one pizza from another is the pizza sauce because even if the dough is the same, the sauce adds more flavor and twist to the pizza. After that, you can put any topping you want and make it your own unique pizza!
In order to make homemade pizza, I recommend using a pizza baking dish that can go in the oven. I did not have this at my disposal so I had to use a baking dish instead. This made the pizza small in size and the small space made the dough extremely thick. Using the pizza dish will make the dough relatively normal – not fat but not too skinny either. There are no special techniques needed to make pizza at home because it is pretty straightforward.

finished tomato sauce.
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until shimmering. Add onion and cook until softened (~ 5 minutes). Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for about 30 seconds.
Stir in tomato sauce, brown sugar, tomato paste, honey, cider vinegar, molasses, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and oregano. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until slightly thickened (~ 20 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Using a regular blender, puree the sauce until it is smooth. Add the chicken breast pieces into the sauce and stir it.
