The Story of my Falling Fame
A Charlie Chaplin Insider
Sir Charles Spencer "Charlie" Chaplin
Hollywood's most beloved actor during the 20th Century. Charlie made his debut as "The Tramp" known for his trademark; the ill fitted suit, bowler's hat and toothbrush moustache. The 1920-30's was the time of his rising fame until after his film "The Great Dictator", controversy takes place.
Thoughts
The reason behind why I use Charlie Chaplin during the most problematic times as we know Charlie and Hitler contradicts each other and following his political views adds more complications towards his image.
Charlie came to the conclusion that getting an American citizenship to be favored in America is not worth admitting defeat.

PLOT
The story is introduced to his change of character on the screen prior to WWII. The plot-line focuses from his feature film The Great Dictator where it sparked controversy following his fall from fame in the United States.
"Whether I re-entered that unhappy country or not was of little consequence to me. I would like to have told them that the sooner I was rid of that hate-beleaguered atmosphere the better, that I was fed up of America's insults and moral pomposity".
Even after all the struggles he went through near the end of his career, Charlie can still keep a positive perspective even though America gave him the cold shoulder after his support for communism.
