- War is inevitable, but required to make a superpower.

- Explains how each nation is at war but, war is not as necessary because there will always be one superpower

- Ignorance is strength for the party not the people.
- Equality is considered a danger.
- Collectivism is the secure basis for oligarchies.
- Technology's purpose is to control the populace.
