We've learned about aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. Now it's time to figure out our "recipes" for exposure.
Fast shutter speeds can Stop Motion.
Less light get though the lens with a shorter shutter speed.
Slow shutter speed create Motion Blurs.
More light get though the lens with a longer shutter speed.

Smaller opening creates a deeper Depth of Field.
Smaller opening allows less light in the lens. Used in bright conditions.
Large opening creates a narrow Depth of Field
Larger opening allows more light in the lens. Used in dark conditions.

ISO
Experiment with high and low ISO values.
How does it change the image?
How are aperture and shutter speed affected?

Aperture
Experiment with high and low aperture values.
How does it change the image?
Try and capture a blurring background. (narrow depth of field)
Try and capture an in focus background. (deep depth of field)
How are ISO and shutter speed affected?
The lower the the ISO # the slower the camera processes the image. Use in bright conditions
Lower ISO speeds result in images with Fine Grain.
Shutter Speed
Experiment with fast and slow shutter speeds.
Try and capture a everything frozen.
Try and blur the pinwheel. (motion blur)
How are ISO and aperture affected?
Higher ISO speeds result in images with Course Grain.
The higher the the ISO # the faster the camera processes the image. Use in low light conditions.
