The religious landscape of Europe changed dramatically in the 1500's. People were unsatisfied with the Christian Church. Muslims, Catholics and Jews all lived peacefully until the Catholics wanted more land for their religion. This led to protestants nowhere in Spain. Then people went out to the world and spread the teachings of Christianity. While this was happening protestants were coming back for land which left the religions in thirty years of religious war and ended with the Treaty of West Phalia.

Obstacles
Basic History
Martin Luther was caught in a horrific storm where he feared for his life, Luther cried out to St. Anne, the patron saint of miners, "Save me Saint Anne, and I'll become a monk!" the storm subsided and he was saved.
Martin Luther was born in Eisleben, Germany, in 1483 and he died in February 18, 1546 at the age of 63 from a stroke. He had lived in four different places, Eisenach, Mansfeld, Maydeburg, and Eisleben. He was credited with starting the reformation, but he never wanted to leave the Catholic Church.
Section 3: Effects of the Reformation
Effect on Region
What if Martin never existed?
Martin Luther was credited with starting the Reformation of the Christian Church which allowed people of the region to go back to church.
If Martin Luther never existed it would be bad. It would be bad because Martin would have never helped the Reformation of the Catholic Church so it probably would have never happened.
