We believe that obesity rates in Canada have been steadily climbing over the years. Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec will have the highest percentage of obesity, while New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island will have the lowest.
Our research led to unexpected results and proved our hypothesis wrong.
Some reasons we believe this may have occurred are because:

One would assume that those with a greater population would lead to a more obese population.
With USA right below us, it would make you that areas closer to the border would have the same eating tendencies and therefore be more obese as the USA has a higher obesity rate.

We think this because obesity is a growing pandemic and very popular in the media as of late. Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia have the largest population and therefore we think they have the higher rate because they're more popular areas. Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick are less populated.
