- According to United Nation, in 2015, Hong Kong population density take the fourth place of cities around the world.

- Housing price is extremely high: 111-124 USD/m2 monthly.

- People have to live in public housing, yet there's a critical lack of it.

- Or even worse, living in subdivided apartment what are dubbed cage or ‘coffin’ homes.
